We are also able to provide combined Flood Risk and Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) POL3 compliant reports. These assessments are designed both to satisfy planning requirements for flood risk and drainage and maximise credits for POL3 (Surface Water Run-off) for both residential and non-residential developments.
We are experienced in providing technical input into all parts of the development and planning process, including pre-acquisition feasibility studies, site promotion, technical input to support planning applications, preliminary and detailed infrastructure design, and representation at planning appeals and public inquiries. With an emphasis on quality, and a sound commercial awareness, we are able to support our clients from initial concept to completion on site.
With regards to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, we have SSIP certification from Safety Management Advisory Services Limited demonstrating our competence as ‘Designer’ and ‘Principal Designer’ in accordance with the regulations. This certification followed CEC’s submission of evidence relating to our comprehensive health and safety management systems.
