Mixed Use

Westhampnett, Chichester

Our Services:
Infrastructure Design

We carried out the detailed design of the onsite roads and drainage infrastructure for this mixed use development.

This comprised 99 new homes, a public house, and community hall.  We also carried out the S278 design works for the site access junction. Following the detailed design of the adoptable junction, on-site roads and drainage; Cole Easdon provided site inspection services and sign off of the highway and drainage work to discharge planning conditions. The roads were designed using a range of permeable and non-permeable surfacing, infiltrating via sub-base storage systems and baffles.
