Marshgate Industrial Estate, London
The site includes a safeguarded strip of land to provide a new sustainable transport link over the Bow Back River. We worked alongside Hawkins Brown Architects and Fabrik Landscape Architects.
We liaised with London Borough of Newham (LBN) and Transport for London (TfL) officers to ensure that the scope of our reports were as far as possible agreed prior to submission. Our work also included liaising with the Landscape Architect to achieve a compact strategy for refuse vehicle access, minimising the impact upon the public realm / landscape works.
