The proposal was to construct two new Industrial sheds providing 6 individual units for Industrial and Warehousing uses. The scheme allowed the creation of new, modern and fit-for-purpose buildings suited for industrial operators, with a more efficient onsite layout with respect to access, parking and circulation.
This included carrying out vehicle tracking, advising on parking requirements, as well as advising on the development’s drainage requirements.
