The development proposal is for the expansion of an existing holiday accommodation site to provide 178 new holiday lodges/pods/tents, a swimming pool, and alterations to an existing reception building, with access, parking and landscaping.
We ensured that runoff from the development will be managed sustainably, without placing the site and locality at risk of flooding, and maintaining water quality standards within the existing lakes and streams at the site. We undertook pre application liaison with the EA to identify an appropriate foul drainage strategy which will provide treatment and disposal of post development wastewater, whilst protecting the sensitive River Claw aquatic habitat.
