23 year old Claire comes from a racing family and is following in her father's footsteps by entering competitive motor racing. She is supported by an experienced team that help Claire to develop her natural race driving skills that should lead her to fulfill her ambition of competing in the British Touring Car Championship. Claire is based in Cheltenham and Oxford and as such Cole Easdon Consultants are pleased to be sponsoring a driver from the southwest who is tipped for future success.

Claire Tippet as she takes up the challenge of the Volkswagen Cup

2005 will be Claire's second season in the Volkswagen Cup. The series supports the British F3 and British GT Championships and the races are held at top UK venues including Donnington Park, Brands Hatch and Knockhill in Scotland. The series offers close and competitve racing and is open to all types of VW vehicle including the Golf Mk1 which is what Claire will be racing.

This year will see Claire's car having more power due to a 2.0 litre engine being fitted, compared to the 1.8 litre engine she raced with last year. Having gained the all important track experience last season, Claire expects to be right in the thick of the action at the front of the racing pack this season and is confident that the new engine will help her on her way.
