Transportation Assessment for redevelopment of an existing 1960's shopping centre to revitalise and regenerate the area. Proposals included 44 residential units over existing retail together with 2,000sqm of new retail space adjacent to a large Morrison foodstore. Study included parking assessment; traffic management; analysis of impact on surrounding highway network; re-routing of bus services & Road Safety Audit.
