CEC provide a comprehensive Engineering Appraisal and Engineering Design Service for both local and national property developers. Appraisal includes drainage feasibility, access arrangements and transport links. Design incorporates advice on layouts, access roads (horizontal and vertical design), parking zones, traffic calming features, domestic drainage, external works, liaison with local authorities and service providers, setting out information, site supervision and production of conveyance plans.
CEC are able to provide Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) assessments for new residential developments. CEC have two BRE trained assessors who are fully qualified to help your development achieve the desired code level.
