CEC provide a comprehensive Engineering Appraisal and Design Service for property developers. Appraisal includes drainage feasibility, access arrangements and transport links. Design incorporates advice on layouts, access roads (horizontal and vertical design), parking zones, traffic calming features, foul and storm water drainage, external works, liaison with local authorities and service providers, setting out information, site supervision and production of conveyance plans.
