We are also able to provide Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) assessments for new residential developments, and have two such BRE trained assessors who are fully qualified to help your development achieve the desired code level.

We are experienced in providing technical input into all parts of the development and planning process, including pre-acquisition feasibility studies, site promotion, technical input to support planning applications, preliminary and detailed infrastructure design, and representation at planning appeals and public inquiries.  With an emphasis on quality, and a sound commercial awareness, we are able to support our clients from initial concept to completion on site.

With regards to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007, we have SSIP certification from Safety Management Advisory Services Limited demonstrating our competence as 'Designer' and 'CDM Co-ordinator' in accordance with the regulations.  This certification followed CEC's submission of evidence relating to our comprehensive health and safety management systems.
