With our in-house expertise, we are able to provide comprehensive strategic advice to companies to help them maximise the profitability of their existing sites and properties.  For example, we can help prevent or reduce the risk associated with flooding events, or liability claims resulting from vehicular accidents within a site.  

Following planning consent, we can undertake the detailed on and off-site Infrastructure Design including cut and fill analysis, vertical & horizontal highway design, adoptable & private drainage design, preparation of legal drawings for Section 38 & 104 agreements, and comprehensive Section 278 design packages.

Lingley Mere Business Park, Warrington: Transport Planning, Environment and Civil Engineering Design services relating to the planned expansion of a Business Park to accommodate an additional 1,000,000ft² of office development as well as a 132 bedroom Hotel and an Amenity Building.  We presently undertake the role of Travel Plan Co-ordinator for the Business Park on behalf of the joint venture company comprising United Utilities and Muse Developments.  More...
