Melanie joined Cole Easdon Consultants in 2006, and is without doubt a financial and accounting wizard! Having become AAT qualified in 1999, Melanie has been working in accountancy since 1991, and has a very broad knowledge of accountancy, with comprehensive experience in cash flow, management accounts, payroll, VAT, sales, purchase and nominal ledgers. Since joining CEC, Melanie has also been appointed as a Quality Management Auditor, and was made a CEC Director in 2010.
Dean Frosoni

Technical Director
Dean is the Technical Director responsible for our Water Management and Environment Services, and has over 20 years experience in managing flood risk, civil, and environmental engineering projects in both the UK and Australia. Well regarded by developer and local authority clients, Dean offers expertise in flood risk assessment as well as preparation of urban drainage design for residential & commercial developments using Microdrainage computer software, floodplain mapping and modelling, flood defence and sustainable urban drainage (SUDS) design.
Pete Webb

Technical Director
Pete is the Technical Director responsible for our Civil Engineering services and offers over 25 years private consultancy and public sector experience in infrastructure design, contract documentation, contract administration and site supervision. Also experienced in the design and procurement of Section 278 (offsite Highway Improvement Works), Section 38 and Section 104 agreements, Pete acts for some of our major clients including Taylor Wimpey, Abbey Developments, and the Hills Group. Pete also fulfils the role of CDM Co-ordinator using his wealth of knowledge and experience to the Client’s benefit.
John Easdon

Managing Director
John is the founder and Managing Director of Cole Easdon Consultants, and has over 40 years civil engineering, highways, transportation, and development infrastructure experience. Having established CEC in 1986 with Peter Cole, John has grown the business steadily. John’s wealth of experience means that he is able to give advice on and manage projects in all parts of the CEC business, and is well known and respected by many local authorities, developers, lawyers, and planning inspectors across the UK.
Brett Farmery

Director
Having joined Cole Easdon Consultants in 2004, Brett was made a Director in 2007, and has responsibility for CEC’s transport planning services as well as overall management of the company. With a background in site based civil engineering experience gained whilst working previously for Taylor Woodrow Civil Engineering, Brett understands the transport implications associated with new development from both a planning and construction basis alike. Acting for major UK clients including Cala Homes, Premiership football clubs, and United Utilities, Brett offers expertise in all areas of transport planning, and splits his time between our Swindon and Bristol offices.
Rob Bowley

Rob has over 20 years experience in both site and consultancy based civil engineering. Having been made a Director of CEC in 2010, Rob splits his time between our Swindon and Bristol offices. He oversees the Water Management and Development Infrastructure teams as well as being responsible for the overall management of the company. Acting for major clients including the Midcounties Co-operative and Taylor Wimpey, Rob has developed a wealth of experience on development projects of all shapes and sizes, and is well regarded by both clients and local authorities alike.
